My Dream Home

While researching my trip to Tassie I decided to have a look and see what the house market is like down there. I know I will eventually buy I house, so why not have a look at the market.

After looking for houses I would be able to afford, I started looked at what was at the other end of the scale… and I came upon this beauty!!

I will supply the link to the website, but that will eventually go away, so I’m going to provide the detail within this post. Here is the link.

Modern design generously proportioned

Offers over $590,000

42 SPINNAKER CRESCENT, TRANMERE
Features: Double glazed windows throughout, Reverse cycle ducted heat system, Mountain and water views.
  • Ultra modern design, generously proportioned living spaces and panoramic views across the Derwent River to Mount Wellington are just a tease of this magnificent home.
  • Inside the home offers some 28 squares of living space with huge open plan living area which takes in the full panorama and an additional rumpus room downstairs.
  • The kitchen is extremely well appointed, with a surplus amount of siltstone bench tops, loads of cupboard space, soft touch drawers and quality appliances.
  • The accommodation on offer is excellent with four double bedrooms, the master which opens on to the deck, has a walk in robe and en-suite.
  • There are two other bathrooms, with the upstairs bathroom having a deep stylish spa bath and separate powder room.
  • Extra to the accommodation on offer is the quality of finishing’s and fittings.
  • The home is well heated with a ducted reverse cycle heat pump, reverse cycle heat pump down stairs and double glazed windows throughout.
This home represents excellent value with what is on offer in a fast growing new homes area and is well worth inspecting.

So… it looks great, it’s in a prime location (that view!) and only 20mins from Hobart. If there was a downside it would be the slope on the block… but apart from that, I love this place!!!
One can but only dream.
